Nice old breakfast place. Friendly atmosphere and staff. Average food. No complaints!

Always busy but never have a long wait. Not fancy but quick service, good menu& food. Enjoying the 'special menu items' it keeps things fresh not boring. Enjoyed Greek Omelet & Apple fritter pancakes this past Sunday; 😋

If you go weekends, get there early because the place is small and may fill up quickly. Our waitress was quick but after taking our orders was difficult to signal for attention. Food is usually good here although the home fries are hit or miss. Coffee is as good as any diner/breakfast style restaurant but not better than that. Country fried steak and eggs are very good here, so are the pancakes.

This is a fun little place. Drove by it numerous times before I ventured in. The placed was packed when I went in. The service was very friendly. The coffee cup stayed full. Always a good sign of the service.The food was good, diner fare. I ordered the skillet plate. It came with home fries on the bottom, lots of shredded cheddar in the middle and two scrambled eggs on top. Got 2 slices of rye bread on the side. It was all very tasty. Nothing fancy or high falutin. Just good grub. Will be back.

I was in the neighborhood and decided to stop in and try Chuck Wagon our for breakfast. It was Monday morning so there were plenty of open tables. Our server Rosie was so sweet and very personable. She even took the time to butter our biscuits. So good! We had the two eggs and bacon breakfast with home fries or grits and toast or biscuits for under $8. Tastes like an old fashioned homemade breakfast. The prices are very reasonable and within budget, the portions are generous and the service is fast without sacrificing quality. I will surely be coming back to try out their other menu items.

A local diner with very friendly service. Had the country fried steak with eggs and home fries. Everything was good and cooked well. The kitchen made Mickey Mouse pancakes for my daughter, which was a nice touch. Portion sizes were moderate, but I am a big eater and have an unusually large appetite.

Food like mom made on Sunday morning.Amazing to find someplace in Miami that actually serves biscuits and gravy and Corned beef hash. Nice portions too. Except for the grits. Wish that was larger.My wife said she wishes there were more places like this around town. And, she grew up in this Community!

Great service and good food

I love this place so much. It's got a great diner feel in the middle of Miami. The food is typical breakfast and lunch fare (they don't serve dinner), and everything I've every had has been good.I love this place for breakfast after a run or for brunch. I've come with friends, family and boyfriends and everyone has loved it. A friend showed me this place, and I've never looked back.The staff is also extremely friendly, and my coffee cup is always full. Can't complain about that!

I used to come to this establishment often for lunch while on the road. While the food was nothing great, it was ok most times. The people were friendly at first but then one day I noticed the waitresses would take forever to even get my drink order. This was when it wasn’t even crowded. Waitresses that used to say Hi and even chat acted as though they didn’t know me. One waitress said someone will be with you soon and still waited for awhile. I should’ve just left but thought no I’m here I’ll order lunch. I finally put two and two together as to why no one wanted to wait on me and it had to be because I was only a party of 1. Not a big tip although I tip over the normal percentage when I receive good service. Sad that grown women choose to act that way so because of the service I received and waiting and no one acknowledging me and probably deciding among themselves who wanted to take my order, I will never go back.

Great service. $2.29 for a cup of coffee? Good food. Limited/challenging parking.

I ordered a biscuit and gravy breakfast this morning 9/28/19 and they charged me $11 I never inquired the charges thinking maybe $7or $8 dollars for two dry biscuits and gravy that was a little not so fresh!!! Wow! Very disappointed👎

Best breakfast in town there corn beef hash is amazing great American themed eats small but clean good customer service however a little pricey but the biscuits and gravy will make you forget about the bill lol excellent pancakes and pretty much all breakfast items.

We had the worst time. The staff was rude and the food had hair in it. Some of us never received all that we ordered. I'm not coming back here again.

The places is falling apart, the bathrooms are disgusting. The food is bland, and tasteless.You can tell they buy the cheapest ingredients by bulk, even our syrup came in a ketchup squeeze condiment bottle, and the food was cold.When we asked for cream for coffee, they just grabbed one that was left on another table. The bathroom is so gross, there is slime and gunk everywhere, I went in to wash my hands, and I’m pretty sure they got dirtier in the process...The floor, ceiling tiles, walls, everything in that place was sticky, dirty, and uncared for. Would not recommend this even to my worst enemy. They have good reviews, so maybe in the past the place we better kept, but in its current state it’s a disaster. This place was so bad, Eating here is the equivalent of eating inside a gas station bathroom.

Only place that i know in Dade that has good old county breakfast. The staff is great and food is outstanding.

Service to us was kind of lousy. Two or three tables that sat after us were taken care of before us. Omelette was delicious, biscuit and gravy was good, other food was fine but not great.

Friendly service. Staff make you feel like family. Nice old place with western decor. Food is homemade except the grits. Biscuits are always fluffy. Great coffee and pancakes. Orders come out 90% right most of the time. This place has been around for years. They have more than one place and a sister restaurant in the Miami area.

Better than IHOP and Denny's. Comfy and reminds me of home. I come here almost every weekend. The restaurant is clean and always well-kept. Good variety of American dishes which Miami lacks.

I honestly had high hopes for this place, from the pictures, the food was seemingly delicious. And as given by the stars, this was not the case. The issue started with receiving the food in the first place, we sat around for about half an hour for three platters of food. We noticed other customers that came in after us were getting their orders before us; upon eating, the food given to us was cold, the potatoes were cold and the cheese was no longer melted, the sunny side eggs I received were also undercooked, with a large part of the egg white still liquid and jelly-like. The sausage gravy was lacking in flavor and rather bland, having a small sweet taste rather than anything close to resembling salty. The sausage I also ordered with my meal was burnt on one side and barely cooked on the other. Honestly the place itself was an utter disappointment and a true waste of money 38$ for three meals that even a child can surpass.

One of the few places in Miami to get a good country breakfast. Staff and owner are both extremely friendly. They even saved my table for me after I had finished so I could go get my fiancee so that she could sit comfortably and eat her breakfast. It was a good start to a busy day!
